Refined diningInside the last palace standing after the Pacific War — designed by Gustave Eiffel — Peruvian fusion cuisine meets over a century of Lima's memory.
The restaurant takes its name from the historic palace that houses it, declared Cultural Heritage and remembered as the last bastion standing after the Pacific War, when Chorrillos and much of Lima were devastated.
Designed by Gustave Eiffel —creator of the Eiffel Tower— the building later served as the port's captaincy during the Chilean occupation. More than a century later, it has been restored and reopened as La Última Torre.

Excellent experience for a special dinner. The house pisco sour is exceptional and the palace ambience transports you to another era. 100% recommended.
Service was impeccable and the waiter made us feel at home. The pisco sours are the best we've had in Lima.
Beautiful view, especially at night when the tower is lit. The menu is varied and every plate arrives quickly and beautifully presented.
A unique experience. The building is stunning and the cuisine lives up to it. We ordered the lomo saltado and the house ceviche — both spectacular.
We came to celebrate an anniversary and were treated as if we were the only guests. The palace atmosphere, the pisco cocktails, the dessert — all memorable.
Highly recommended for those who value history and fine dining. Peruvian fusion with French technique really works. We'll be back.
